Blog Post and Room Prep Guide

Overview​

A blog post introducing a technical room preparation guide, paired with selected pages from the guide demonstrating step-by-step instructions, diagrams, best practices, and technical recommendations for video collaboration environments.

Project Summary​

Challenge​

The guide needed to translate complex audiovisual concepts into practical recommendations supported by clear visuals. Content also required input and approval from more than 30 audiovisual experts working across diverse global teams.

Solution​

I collaborated with a graphic designer, systems engineer, and design engineer to develop drawings, illustrations, screenshots, and technical guidance. Through weekly meetings with the broader SME group, I worked closely with an experienced systems engineer to identify, organize, and translate the most useful technical information for readers.

Result​

The completed guide received approval from all participating SMEs and was published within six months. I also wrote a companion blog post introducing the guide and explaining its value to customers preparing video collaboration environments.
